Customer Service Excellence
 Campsie View School has successfully achieved their Customer Service Excellence, award, the UK government standard for ‘efficient, excellent, equitable and empowering’ public services. This involves an annual (and extremely rigorous!) visit from our independent assessor, Mr Harry Nicol, who scrutinises a veritable mountain of paper evidence and interviews parents, partners and staff. 
Customer Service Excellence sets standards to be met in five key areas: Customer Insight, The Culture of the Organisation, Information & Access, Delivery and Timeliness & Quality of Service.
