Aims / Mission Statement

In line with the values, purposes and principles of A Curriculum for Excellence, Getting It Right for Every Child (GIRFEC) and the National Improvement Framework, at Campsie View we aspire to provide all our pupils with access to the highest quality of learning and teaching in order to maximise their success and encourage achievement in its broadest sense.

Our aim is to help all our pupils be the best that they can be as

In order to achieve this we aim

·    To give pupils the opportunity to experience a broad and relevant curriculum which         takes account of individual interests and needs

·       To ensure equality and equity, giving every pupil the opportunity to succeed

·       To create an atmosphere of fun, enjoyment and challenge

·       To ensure inclusion

·       To demonstrate mutual respect

·    To enrich pupils’ experiences through the support and involvement of families/carers     and the wider community

·    To support staff and partner agencies to work together, taking account of health and       well being indicators and reflecting critically on their practice

·       To facilitate staff to further their professional development

·       To embed in our practice a culture of self evaluation leading to continuous                      improvement
